With a BS in Nursing from Norfolk State University and a Masters in Health Administration from VCU, Suzanne has dedicated over 30 years to healthcare, working with patients and members across Sentara Health. Her experience spans a wide range of roles, from bedside nursing to leadership positions in clinical process improvements and health plan management. In her most recent role as Director of Clinical Innovations and Client Relationships, Suzanne focused on improving care for Medicare, DSNP, and Medicaid members.
